Intro to Hoopers Workshop

This is the signup form for Introduction to Hoopers workshop offered by Happy Hooligans K9 Training. This class is designed for dogs that have already been training in agility. This class will be held in Grand Desert at 10am on March 30. The class fee is $110 for three hours. Registration for this class will not be confirmed until the class is received. Fees are non-refundable but can be transferred subject to approval. Payment can be sent via EMT to agilityjen@gmail.com, please use the password "hoopers".
